When i started i could barely do a push up or lift 10 Ibs. and i could no last jumproping for 1 minute.
Why I Love It:
keeps you in a happy mood.

I went from 120 pounds to 155 pounds a healthy gain in muscle. and 4:48 mile time :)

good luck gaining muscle in cross country. i have been there and done that. eat tons and tons of carbs and protein.
