Realizing that I am very unhealthy, wanting to be a more stable and positive person and take care of myself.
Why I Love It:
Brings positivity into my life. Something I do by myself, gives me time to reflect.

Look at old pairs of jeans, and realize how healthy I was before I moved in with Jake.
