How I Started:
Well my dad does allot of body building, and one day i went down to the gym with him to check it out and see what it is like, and after watching and learning a few different techniques, i enjoyed it so much i decided to start training, and since then i havant stoped ive been traning 2-3hours a day everyday, cant get enough of it, i also have a few problems at home with my mum which can be very hard at times and when i go to the gym i forget about everything and its just me and the weights, and thats how i like it, and how it will ALWAYS be!!!!!!!!
Why I Love It:
its a great experience, and i enjoy it allot. especially when you see the changes of your body and meet your targets you have set. as well as the feeling you get after every work out, you feel good about your self aswell as being all pumped up!
How I Stay Motivated:
Well i just enjoy doing it and look forward to training everyday, as well as seeing the changes in your body and meeting your targets you have set. people around me also motavate me, as when i see someone who is big and competing, it makes me want to get up on that stage and do work, and try my best, and have fun! and even if i dont win i will keep trying and trying until i do, Thats what motavates me!

Goal (Long):
My long term goal is to finish my course im doing now (personall trainer) aswell as traning everyday as i am now, i want to get ALOT bigger and then eventually start competing!

well im eating looads of protein and carbs but no carbs after 6pm..
so heres my plan
Meal 1: 5 weatabix and a banna
Meal 2: protein shake
meal 3: protein and carbs (chicken and rice)
meal 4: protein and carbs again (chicken begal)
meal 5 protein shake
meal 6: protein and no carbs (chicken and vegetables well im eating looads of protein and carbs but no carbs after 6pm..

Well for desserd i usually have fruit, but my best dessrt would be sliced peaches and apple in low fat syrup with some proten powder on it :D

Things are good. back at work after a nice vacation and slowly getting ready to put up the Christmas decorations. Then time to start the shopping for little gifts. Then time to start planning trip to Paris and maybe London in Spring. I'm a total History buff and already saw quite a few sites in both places but I'm sure there's so much more to see and if in London I wouldn't mind taking a couple of day trips to maybe Cambridge and Bath but plenty of time to decide that.
