Goal (Long):
I have now lost my 20lbs and hit 16% body fat since signing on here a couple of years ago. Now it's time to change! Start training under Steve Poynter of www.fitnesspoynters.com! Check him out on his personal website or here at stevep78! I start the "Extreme Fat Destruction Plan"---Mark Monday April 20th 2009.....see if I can be who I've never been before! This entry was when I first signed here on bb an couple of years ago: Have been overweight my whole life. Was always comfortable and confident but 6yrs ago I came to a point where my ankles were swollen and couldn't stand on my feet to do my job. So I had to make a decision to either drop the weight or drop my job. I love my job. So I started on watching what I ate and started moderate excercise 5yrs ago and lost 115lbs on my own. Kept it off until last November where I decided it was time to change the "new me" into a healthy and fit looking person. I don't know what it's like to be smaller than I am now, so I don't know what I'm supposed to look like for a person of my height. I want to know what I'm supposed to look like at a healthy weight with some muscle definition.
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?

Cons-the only ones, when you're limited to certain machines when too busy, and when you know too many people that keep your mouth exercising instead of your body. What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
People who pretend, sit at a machine when u need it and they aren't moving, ones who do things improperly and makeup queens.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Something i can move in, not to restrictive, nothing that's going to fall halfway down my rear end. I want full range of motion while working out.
A little while back I wrote a post that I started a mini challenge at the gym with a few peeps. I dropped the weight that I was supposed to pretty quick. The final date kept getting pushed because not all of us are there at the same time to weigh in together.
you do not look like you ever weight that much, you are very inspiring. I have been really worried about my stomach and loosing in a way that i will not have a lot of hanging skin, do you have any tips that i can maybe follow or any in general, i can really use any help available. And for the record, you look fab...great job.

Thanks Buddy! I am so happy; especially since the past week or so wasn't so grand. But I will say, I stuck to the diet if nothing else, and I think that was definitely my saving grace!
