Finished the Live Fit Trainer the first time on 4.21.12. My goal is to decrease body fat and gain more lean muscle. I want my muscles to pop and look stronger!
My goal is to get body fat lower and build more lean muscle by my wedding 1-28-13.I also want to kep maintaining this life style and weight training that I have since Live Fit in Feb. 2012. You earn your body!:)

EAT CLEAN=lean muscle! Abs are made in the kitchen!
I try to eat clean meals (5 or 6/day depending on when I wake up and my bed time). Veggies are a part of every meal (no dip except hummus) along w/ lean protein and some healthy fats.
I have cut my fruit back to berries in the am (1 or 1/2 cup) and a 1/2 banana post work out. Even though fruit has natural sugar, I was eating way to much! It is amzing how you can lean out by cutting sugar.

This is the plan I am currently following. It is the recommened meal plan for the work out I am doing the next 4 weeks.

2. Social Media Friends-Amazing how many training and eating clean pages you can find on facebook. I have a few pages I check religiously every day for new tips, photos, and clean recipes!:)
3. Magazines-Great for current fitness trends, tips, at home work outs and a relaxing activity while focusing on my health. Reading magazines relaxes me and keeps me mentally sane;)
