When I Started:
How I Started:
I was an active dancer (ballet, jazz, tap, modern) my whole life until I started college. I began working out in a gym and running mainly to continue excercising. Now I have developed a passion for excercise and nutrition and I enjoy training others as well.
Why I Love It:
Making progress (that I can both feel and see) is extremely rewarding. I love having that "me" time in the gym where I don't have to worry about anything else.
How I Stay Motivated:
Any complement made by a friend or family member always help to push me in the right direction :)
Oh yeah. They are SO annoying! It really sucks when you have no other choice but to give your body time to heal from an injury. Especially when you have goals in mind. Hopefully they will be able to help you figure out what's going on. Advil was the only thing that worked for me for the pain, and since I also cut squats and most lower body work from my routine, I've been feeling better. Keep in touch and let me know how you're doing! :)
Just read your post on the pain you've started having after squats. I'm not sure if this will be the case for you, but I had the same thing happen to me. An MRI showed that I have a subtle sacral stress fracture. You can look it up online, but it's possible that you could be going through the same thing. Good luck! I know it's NOT fun!
Hey there, I was reading through some forums and noticed your pic on one of your posts, you have a very pretty face and a beautiful smile. It would be great to see some progress pics. Good luck with your goals!
