Mate, I see a lot of big bulky guys on here... but, honestly, your gains, attitude and excellent hard work are a REAL inspiration. Brilliant work geezer - keep it up.
your body is perfect
you are tall and defined with low bodyfat
don't worry you'll get bulky soon
just eat healthy
you will lose the cut shape if you strat to eat just anything to gain weight
and you'll miss the cut look latter
lean hard tall=6-2" 32 waist = you're no-light-weight on the scales - fair enough: you're slender; but I suspect tough: with a metabolism like a flame thrower; each decade has its' own body: mass will come; choose lean: keep training & eating decent: hugs and happiness fellow traveler - very impressed - John Perth Au
Good job starting young Ryan. I wish I had not waited so many years to make a change. Keep lifting hard man and eating big and you will get to where you want to be. Good luck buddy!
-Impressive debut Ryan. Solid frame. Already plenty of muscle when you consider your height (6'2"). And if your metabolism is rapid and you have a demanding job, that could explain the "hard gaining" you are experiencing. Good luck with your future goals.
