How I Started:
I wanted to put on mass in high school because I was quite scrawny. I started lifting weights after school, and I was really the only one in the weight room those days. I stopped lifting weights once I started doing Muay Thai and BJJ
Why I Love It:
Pushing my limits, that sick feeling you get in your stomach when your body is leaving its comfort zone and you keep pushing forward.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like to reward myself, with many different things. Clothes, Tattoos, those kinds of things. I set a date to get them, and I go and get them if I stick to my diet and workout.
This was taken at the beginning of the program. I weigh ~ 202 Lbs here. I basically want to cut down some body fat, and look a little more cut.
No Scale currently, will weight myself on the weekend and take another picture, just wanted to get this one up before thanksgiving... I think I need to see a doctor about my traps haha.
I want a body that makes people look when I take off my shirt. I want to be approximately 190 lbs with 5% body fat in 12 weeks and increase my bench press by at least 20 lbs in 6 weeks.

Well, Canadian Thanksgiving was on Monday, and I told myself from the start it would be my only cheat day. It was glorious - turkey, potatoes, gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie. The problem was, it got me craving more sugar and starchy carbs again, so Wednesday I broke my diet...
my consensus... All supplements=crap for the money, unless ur taking steroids or prohormones... sad lieing supplement industry i think lol. All i need is my protien, my caffiene, my food and my weights and dedication.
Do you like supplements???

people making logs and posting wow Such great results what killer results you had. Wow he gained 10-15lbs to his max bench, and he started benching 205 at the begining of his log... Im sure if he wasent on no-xplode or whatever else the results woulda been the same just he was motivated to workout more since he was on a supplement and didnt want to waste it...
