Inspired by Steve Reeves, saw "Hercules". I started lifting and forced eating the next day. Peanut butter and bacon on toast..YUM. No Idea where that came from. I was 17. It took me awhile to learn how to train properly.
Why I Love It:
I love to aim my workout at a muscle or group. The control over muscle is amazing. Even at my age I can still build and rip.
I have a theory about working connecting muscles. Low weight and high reps.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is tough. On my trips around the country and even online. I always invite guys to Venice to train at Gold's. Plus I have a new house to host with. Doing this is my top stimulation. Now I have this site to inspire me...
BB Accomplishments:
I'm not a competitor. I've helped and supported guys competing. I mainly stay in my best possible shape amidst the party of life. I've over come some pretty heavy stuff and I'm still alive & lifting.

Yeah I had to suck it in, crunch hard and try to look at ease. I think I nailed it.
Def a peak for my age. I may never look this good again.
Well I was on the crapper.I causally Popped a bicep and my jaw dropped First time I saw my rear arm. I grabbed my camera and shot it.
I had no idea why people looked at my arm until I saw this rear bicep in the mirror.
