Staying on workout plan while working full-time

Snack ideas while sitting at your desk job: - drink water instead of snacking - switch things up by adding a cup of coffee or a cup of tea - eat sugar free jello at your desk to curb your sweet tooth instead of indulging in your co-worker's candy bowl - keep a bottle of water and protein powder in a shaker bottle so that you can consume it instead of unhealthy junk if you have to unexpectedly work late or get hungry during the day - take the long way to the restroom and the stairs, when possible, to run errands during the day - keep light free weights in your office so that you can do a few ex...
