How I Started:
An old hooping buddy of mine whom I had not seen in awhile told me that I was getting fat. Nuff said.
Why I Love It:
Wouldn't call it love, but really enjoy it. 1) Self Esteem, 2) Good Health, 3) Keeps my wife exercising (something she has been wanting me to do for a long time)
How I Stay Motivated:
See 3 points above, especially #3. Plus my buddy's words are still ringing in my ears.

I have cut as low as 7.0% BF

Nice man, good luck with that! At 6% you will be ridiculously ripped! As for me I'm trying to bulk still, finally got down my calorie intake, so I am going for 4000 a day, so i hope to break 180 sometime in April, then in May i'll start to cut, hopefully you can give some pointers on that phase, cause i've never done it before! Good luck!
