How I Started:
An old hooping buddy of mine whom I had not seen in awhile told me that I was getting fat. Nuff said.
Why I Love It:
Wouldn't call it love, but really enjoy it. 1) Self Esteem, 2) Good Health, 3) Keeps my wife exercising (something she has been wanting me to do for a long time)
How I Stay Motivated:
See 3 points above, especially #3. Plus my buddy's words are still ringing in my ears.

Nothing serious. I tweaked a muscle in my back while trying to reset the weight after a set of squats. What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?

Nice man, good luck with that! At 6% you will be ridiculously ripped! As for me I'm trying to bulk still, finally got down my calorie intake, so I am going for 4000 a day, so i hope to break 180 sometime in April, then in May i'll start to cut, hopefully you can give some pointers on that phase, cause i've never done it before!
