Workout Program:
Day 1 - Middle Back and Lower Back
Day 2 - Chest
Day 3 - Abs
Day 4 - Legs and Butt
Day 5 - Arms
Day 6 - Shoulders

I'm doing three excesises per body part, three set of eight reps.
I'm working out my abs every other day.

My workout is simple I do 4 workout per body part, 4 sets per work out, 8-10 reps.
