this was before I got my gym membership and started taking supplements.
I finalli came back from my vacation. I went to puerto peñasco for TWO WEEKS without working out. and now i finally back to the gym. I got home early today and already went to the gym and did back and shoulders. I feel really weak. I'm very very happy that I'm back to my gym but i feel as...
Solid progress to date Emilio. Impressive muscle size and definition already bro. Keep focused on your training, cardio and diet and you will achieve those ripped and shedded abs.
Abs I always do abs atleast like 10 minutes of it everytime I go the key is to keep doing different exercises to get different shape out of your abs, every exercises targets different areas including machines, I always do machines and ball work mainly, hanging leg lifts holding a 45 with my feet. I always do no less than 5-6 sets and no less than a hard set of 10 with lots of weight but remember to work your lower back to or you will be unbalanced and always hunching forward.
