Hey. I actually DIDN'T buy Nitro, as it is truly a waste. You can get even better aminos directy from food, or supplements like Xtend.
As for the M-STAK, it too is a bit of a let down for me. I have used 2 cans and have failed to see much from them. Also take note that my diet is 100%. As for a supplement, I would recommend the basics (Creatine Mono, Protein, Multi-V), and branch into supplements like Natty Test Boosters and Arachidonic Acid supplements (X-Factor,

Hydroxycut (the regular stuff) did nothing for me. Some people say they get the jitters but I was chasing Hydroxycut with 5 Hour Energy shots. I tried Hydroxycut Hardcore and that did nothing but make me feel sick. So, I am done with those products and relying on diet and exercise to lost the remaining flab.
