..JACK.. Chest-barbell bench press 3 sets 10-12 3 sets 4-6. Incline dumbbell press 4 sets 8-12. Use eccentrics where needed. Hammer grip press on chest press machine 4 sets 10-15 superset with dumbbell flyes 4 sets 10-15. Cable crossover/pec dec flye 4 sets 10-15. Drop set on the 4th set. Make sure u use full range of motion on all exercises and really stretch the muscle out to tear fibres. Concentrate on really contracting the muscles too. I always finish with a few isometrics.
