That's awesome! I'm actually reading the book "Muscle Chow" and has quite a few recipes in there, ever read it? I bet 3/4 of the book is recipes ..pretty awesome so far.

Eileen- I have a few questions about the Keto diet? I have been following your signature percentage and basically eating when I am hungry but should I try to stick to a certain amount of calories?
