BuLLEtRIDE Never train a musclepart less to become symmetrical! That's a really bad idea.. You will come to any muscles genetical limit sooner or later and the faster you get there, the better...trust me the other bodyparts will follow fast if you train them hard enough! You should concentrate on your upper back and back shoulders, best exercise for that are sitting bent over lateral raises Jul 4, 2010 1:10pm

BuLLEtRIDE One of my tips reffering to traps is : don't trainthem too hard, cause that will cause in neck pain.. but if you don't overdo it it can help agains health complications in that area. My favourite exercises for traps are combined exercises for shoulders and traps, especially side dumbell raises and the arnie press hope that helps a bit.. ask if you want further information greetings Jul 4, 2010 2:49am
