Endorphin rush after every rep and set I do. There's no other feeling in the world than the pump that results from it. I love being able to take my body further and further each and every year.
How I Stay Motivated:
My gorgeous loving wife! She's the best lifting partner I have.
BB Accomplishments:
Just competed in my first bodybuilding show this past summer and I was able to get to a bodyfat level I've never thought possible. Even though I didn't win I am happy with what I accomplished and learned a ton for next time.

Simple. 8-12 rep range. Heavy, now and then, for 4-6 reps. Like to pyramid up. Always switching exercises and workouts to keep my body guessing and hit all muscle fiber types.

man.... to be where you are with your mighty body... MAN!!!
i know that i will never get there. thanks for a small glimse of that world that i will never see with my own eyes.
Serious inspiration. ONce I saw your tricep shot on the gym striated from the side, my mind was blown. Currently getting out of an opium addiction and trying to regain what my body used to look like, seeing freaky definition like yours helps for inspiration. The only thing helping me now besides that is that warrior mentality...dealing with the post use depression and trying to train...it sucks but I'm sure you know of that mentality I speak of that sets bodybuilders apart.
Hey Matt, hope all is well. Just wanted to drop by and see how everything is going. I blew my diet while on our Florida get-a-way but getting back on track tomorrow. Its so easy to do. Hope you are juggling your new responsiblilites as the new Allmax rep, along with training and school work. Keep up the awesome job man! I know you probably get tired at times but just keep on pushing through. I'll catch up with you soon with a private message.
