Abs and Calves 2-3 times every week at the end of workouts. Weighted abs are key to making them "pop".
I usually take Sundays and one weekday off of weights.
Cardio is done about 3 times per week for about 20 min or so. Every bodypart is hit twice every 8 days with this routine. For example, Day 1 is Mon, and it starts again on Fri.
Diet (maintaining/growing)
2700-3000 Calories
300g Protein, 250-300g Carbs, 50-70g Fat (Split over 6 meals/day)
I eat clean most of the time with maybe 1-2 cheat meals a week where I'll have some pizza or a burger. Helps with sanity and spikes my metabolism.
Pre-Contest I'll begin to lower carbs/calories while keeping protein high. I have a refeed meal of high carbs every 4-5 days to replenish glycogen and speed the metabolism. I believe this is key to continuous fat-loss.
