I started lifting weights in 1999 when I joined the Army. I am more dedicated 'this' time around.

It just feels good and right.

At this point and time my workout partner plays a big role in this world of fitness; my goals; and just knowing that I can do better.

Wow! Where do i begin? Kassandre is just awesome. Her determination and passion for the sport of body building is remarkable. She is just like me and you...a mother, wife, daughter, etc. And she made a decision to "make a change"... a life style change. She really encourages me to take my fitness journey and so much more to the next level. I noticed that she tracked all of her progress and that is exactly what I plan to do. I can do this!

DB Bench press; standing twisted db press; two arm db row; overhead db extension; db curl

reps= 12,10,8,6,12,12 

double crunch @ 3x12

i am planning to squeeze in some cardio after work when i get...

Good morning!!! I will say that the more i see results the better my eating becomes.. crazy right! You can do it just take it one day at a time and just have a cheat meal here and there to keep you sane :)

Want to say THANKS a million for ur support. I have NOT yet had the planned surgery. It is scheduled Halloween morning. Not worried about competing too soon, IF ever again. I've already accomplished FAR more than I ever imagined. AND I did More 10 months after the last ACL reconstruction. So...watch out. I KNOW I'll be back! Thanks again... *smile*
