I got started in Feb 2000 when I met this Marine Col that had a body like Mighty Mouse and we both weighted the same.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get before / during and after my workout sessions.

Had our 1st team competition this past weekend. Here's the results. Female Under 50kg - 2nd Place, Female Over 50kg - 1st Place and Male Junior - 4th Place.
Well I get up at 5am, work from 7-4 the go home get my monster and go to the gym sometime between 5 & 9 depending on whats going on. I was gonna try the extra cardio right after worka nd train like at 9 but with the N.O. for my workout I dont sleep as well
Yes I'm trying to figure out ways to get in some AM cardio but I already get up at 5 for work lol....what to do what to do? I'm doing some crazy HIIT right now and its really helping so we shall see.
