I began doing weighted rehab work today after 15 days of ice, heat, salt baths, and assisted stretching since I tore my left tricep tendon in multiple places. I did exercises that only put passive strain and tension on the tendon; literally curls and lateral raises with five pound dumbbells for sets of 50 to assist blood flow and repair. EgoTrap I can lift both of my arms over my head! Hurray! The bruising is almost gone, but my upper arm is still filled with fluid.

I tore my left tricep and several tendons and ligaments in my elbow today. I had thoroughly warmed up, and my elbow felt fine. I went into my working sets for bench, and the elbow still felt fine. I loaded 365 on the bar for my final work set, lowered the bar approximately two inches, and everything snapped. Took a rest day today and drained the bursa in my elbow; lots of sticky fluid mixed with blood.
