I was really big for football around 235 with like 19% body fat I realized that I wanted to change my body; happened after meeting Jermain Taylor the guy was huge but weighed less than me!

Hey J, yea man good to hear your back to bulking. When I'm bulking I just try to eat more carbs at every meal and throw in an extra meal as often as I can. Don't lay down the carbs before bed you'll need em while you sleep...and I've gotten in the habbit of waking up at 4am and downing a protein shake which has helped put on some Lbs. Currently my diet is somewhere around 4500 Calories, 350 Protein, and 250 Carbs. You gona be hittin up golds this week???
thanks just, do interval sprints with a jumprope for about 5-10 minutes after lifting, and maybe 10 minutes of walking. but i think its mostly from my lifting, i go high intensity supersets, with only 30 seconds rest between each set for about an hour.

Thx, great physique you got there. As far as rear delts, I've been doing reverse flys but I think they get hit from all the rowing I've been doing. I skipped back workouts for a long time, big mistake.

You definitely need to hit up Rula Bula on Mill for a cheat. I just had my cheat meal there, and then went to coffee plantation for some gelato after and I can't move! So freaking delicious and well worth the wait. Spanish next week!
