Percentage wise I take in 60% protein, 25& carbs, and 15% fat. This seems to work perfectly fine for me.

Hey J, yea man good to hear your back to bulking. When I'm bulking I just try to eat more carbs at every meal and throw in an extra meal as often as I can. Don't lay down the carbs before bed you'll need em while you sleep...and I've gotten in the habbit of waking up at 4am and downing a protein shake which has helped put on some Lbs. Currently my diet is somewhere around 4500 Calories, 350 Protein, and 250 Carbs. You gona be hittin up golds this week???

thanks just, do interval sprints with a jumprope for about 5-10 minutes after lifting, and maybe 10 minutes of walking. but i think its mostly from my lifting, i go high intensity supersets, with only 30 seconds rest between each set for about an hour.

instead of talking bout lifting, diet, gym aka life on facebook we can discuss where its understood...is the journey not the best compilation of a bodybuilder ever? I think it should be retitled as the "Bible" for everyone. Thx, great physique you got there. As far as rear delts, I've been doing reverse flys but I think they get hit from all the rowing I've been doing. I skipped back workouts for a long time, big mistake.

You think Black Angus is good? I had their chicken, and I know I can make better chicken than them. The desserts are also sub par. You better go to Rula Bula! Trust me when I say it will be one of your favorite restaraunts after. Does working at a gym pay well? I might consider it.

eeeew what? Irish food is awesome. Go there and get the Guiness beef in a puff pastry pie. You will love it I promise. I work at Black Angus. It sucks. My boss is the biggest sloppy fat ass ever.

It's Irish food and it's a great place to go weekend nights. Good luck with your goal to open your own shop. For spring break I am working! F*cking sucks. My manager is being ridiculous and might give me 3 days off. Which would leave me with 12 hours of driving back and forth to Cali to see my family. You?

You definitely need to hit up Rula Bula on Mill for a cheat. I just had my cheat meal there, and then went to coffee plantation for some gelato after and I can't move! So freaking delicious and well worth the wait. Spanish next week! I have been doing HIIT for over a week, and as much as it wears me down I love it. Sports health is tight. Are you looking to train/treat athletes?

No SRC has too many people. All the girls do is take up the treadmills for an hour thinking thats how they burn fat. I can never get my HIIT in. I go to Bally's in Mesa. Very empty and I love it. I am a Business Management major. You?
