Day 1: Back: 4x15 wide lat pull downs, 4x15 machine rows Cheat:4x15 barbell bench press, 4x15 machine incline press, Arms: 4x15 seated DB curls, 3x15 cable bicep curls, 4x15 skulls

Day 2: rest

Day 3: Legs: leg press 5x15, leg extensions 4x15, leg curls 4x15 Shoulders: DB shoulder press 4x15, lateral raises 4x15
Calves: seated 4x20, standing 2x15

Day 4: rest

Day 5: repeat

doug27283 dont know about the bodyfat but i would like to get more ripped for the summer which means working on the abs and i have already gotten more serious about the cardio wish me luck i can do this Mar 23, 2010 2:30pm
