How I Started:
Throughout college I was anorexic, and then one day I woke up an decided to turn my life around and take care of myself. I started eating and training right.
Why I Love It:
I love being and living healthy. It makes me a strong person both inside and out. I always fill so accomplished after a grueling workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just keep focused on my goals. Each day counts. I love seeing improvements in my physique, and it keeps me wanting more.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
Being healthy enables me to have the energy to run around with my 19 month old baby boy! Instead of him wearing me out, I wear him out!

To be perfectly honest I just cannot do squats, I pull my groin very easily. Perhaps some bodywt squats. Did you do narrow, wide, or shoulder width stance?
