How I Started:
Started with a Sophmore year weights class and got hooked. Didn't start trainging seriously until about 18 months ago.
Why I Love It:
I'm short, it's a napoleon complex really.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror everyday. I don't see how anyone could stop once they start seeing changes in their body.

I'm not really a body builder. Just a weightlifter, I guess.

I usually try to go in the morning like around 8 AM-ish. It's pretty quiet around then. Thanks :D. Yea I gained 20 lbs this year but that's because I was really skinny to begin with. Eating, protein and creatine really helps lol I just realized I hit a plateau a week or two ago and barely started a new routine. I'm focusing more on powerlifting routines now.

I was 140 the last time I was near a scale, which was at the doctor's office in February. I doubt I'm much more than that now, anyway. We'll see where I'm at if I can get to a scale back home next week. I'll post whenever I find out. Haha.
