I hear a lot of people talking about how much they want to change their lives, but seem unable to do so. I hear them advocating taking things one day at a time. That's a cop-out, YOU make a decision and YOU take charge of your life! You don't need a higher power to help you do this or some sort of sponsor. What you need is strength of mind, willpower and character. Obesity/lack of a great body is not a disease, it is a failing. And I hate failing! So, I now lead by example.
