i started bc i was really skinny after i droped 40 pounds from 160 2 120 & kinda week but before i started i was always doing carido & playing soccer for my town
Why I Love It:
bc it helps meh stay in shape confedint & away from drugs & alchol

haters!!!!!! na my cuzin chris modviates meh & my friends we are always have arm wreslting contests flexing saying whos stronger i always wana succeded more than any1!!!!

fat meh when i was about 11 or 10 weighting around 140 or 130 being olny 5,1 think it was around fall of 2003 or 04

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
its helped meh become stronger save my life from eating fast food every day like i used 2 helps me stay away a lil from drugs and alochol;)

you can train body parts twice a week if you have time. big muscle groups like chest and legs i like to do only once for max recovery though. mix up the exercises, weights, reps and angles your hitting the muscles at.
