i started bc i was really skinny after i droped 40 pounds from 160 2 120 & kinda week but before i started i was always doing carido & playing soccer for my town

you can train body parts twice a week if you have time. big muscle groups like chest and legs i like to do only once for max recovery though. mix up the exercises, weights, reps and angles your hitting the muscles at.
