Following workouts provided by my Personal Trainer.
strength training - 3 times a week
cardio classes - 2 one hour sessions a week
spin class - 2 times a week one hour sessions
jacobs ladder, elliptical, and/or stairmaster - 30 mins (2 out of the three in one session) at least once a week
