Love the new FST-7 routine, its added a new excitement for my workouts and leaves me feeling more sore than ever. Due to my work schedule i have a rather long split and need to seperate my legs into two seperate days unlike the recommended split online.
I take days off when i need them, if i'm feeling rundown or too sore i take a day off. Cardio I haven't done much of since starting this FST-7 routine b/c my HR stays elevated throughout my works but it also takes a lot out of me. Ideally would do more but b/t a long work day and the toughness of FST-7 cardio generally gets dropped. Plus i hate it :)
