Reason: HIs personality is so admirable and I love how he inspires me to be more posative. He lifts me up when he has no clue that I need it and is mindful of my feelings. He's a real motivator and I love him for what he's inspired me to do and become.
Reason: Never gives up on taking care of himself and by doing so, sets an example for so many others. Amazing results from hard work and dedication. A great role model for those who say their too old to get into shape.
Reason: She's so upbeat and has such a posative outlook. SHe's hard working and honest with herself. She makes me look at myself and remember that there was a time when I thought being in shape wasn't going to happen for me, but it did, and with that I never want to take that for granted, so I work hard every day to see that I keep it up.
