The beginning of a lesson learned meltdown

This isn't progress. IT's the story of falling, or in my case jumping off the wagon and thinking I'd fly, when all I did was crash. Showing the progress of my tattoo seemed to paint a picture of how I fell, but will come back from it.

I was supposed to me lean, hot, and as healthy as ever on my 30th Birthday, but I messed it all up and this is what I got. I wasn't too happy that day, but I knew it would get better.

I don't use a scale to measure my success, I look at my abs and they tell me how I'm doing. Looks like I'm on my way to being lean again and I'm so excited to be back in the game.
