bungi23 Managed to get my stats online, will get the photos up soon. Yeh man 2 days off, itching to get back in the gym. I'm around 69kg so trying not to lose to much off that. Think I'm gonna only take out carbs in the last meal, not the last two. Want to try and keep my weight steady. How many protein shakes u having a day? Keep up the good work!! Mar 6, 2012 12:41pm

bungi23 So far so good. Stayed at a pretty steady weight this week. Shouldn't worry about you gaining 1kg. Stay on the meals and thrash it out next time at the gym.
