When I Started:
Jun, 2008
How I Started:
Started around Oct 07 but to make a long story short: After putting marathons and half marathons on hiatus, I decided to put on some mass. I gained about 20lbs of mostly muscle in more than half a year between oct 07 and march 08 and from there I stopped working out completely (lost motivation and school was keeping me really busy).
Started getting back into it around Nov '08 and here I am.... looking like this....
At this point i don't feel that i've got a good body at all; the pics are just there to act as a reference point to how i looked in the past and the change that I'll go through in the future.
Why I Love It:
Allows me to have better endurance in sports, gives me the confidence to actually look good in clothes.
How I Stay Motivated:
This site has actually kept me motivated for quite some time now. I look at my progress pics and see what I'm deficient at and encourages me to eat healthy most of the time and work harder at the gym. I've also got friends that are extremely fit and I visualize myself looking better than they do.
BB Accomplishments:
I'LL TAKE ANY ADVICE YOU GUYS WILL GIVE!
I WANT TO GET BIG AND CUT!

Something to clarify: the pants make it look like im developing an erection...
I'm on my last week of the 9 week scivation program. I feel that I've grown A LOT because of this.
Following this week I will return to lifting heavy (6 to 8 reps) and focusing on each body part once a week. I'll continue this path for 6 weeks, then change it up a bit after.

Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
The environment sets the mood,
A good place to study is at the library or the coffee shop, the best place to take a girl out on a date is somewhere romantic, that's why the best place to workout is at the gym. Some people workout in their basement the same way some peoplate enjoy jacking off... jk.
In the end, it's what you do with your time when it's workout time, not where you are, but your surrounding helps you achieve your goals faster. The environment sets the mood,

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
A vast array of equipment, relatively new equipment, good ventilation...
Thanks man!!! I'm sitting here right now in a Motel room killing time before I go onstage later this morning. It's been a very good year for me! Hope you're doing good my man. You look great.
Right now, I am not training them every day! Bu with a clean diet, just keep adding muscle They will pop out. Its really- how much lean muscle you have. in comparison to fat
well....dont always go for the companies that advertise so much...to be honest i would never use bsn....or muscletech or any company that feels they have to saturate the mags with ad's its all a bunch of b.s. ....i use things i know work from a lot of trial and error over the years....companies that are worried more bout quality than bullsh*t....
yeah I dressed up as a cow-girl. I'll post a pic up soon. Did u? I rlly wish I didnt drink as much as I did but hey.. its a mitzvah afterall lol. Didn't manage to hear megillah which is a shame.
U so didnt infect me with ur ****ty week dont worry- mine was ****ty as well. I ate loads of crap and drank too much cuz it was a jewish festival. Just gotta move on and be consistent I guess.
jajaja yeah man i have to take more im 150 but gonna get cut now so i may stay or drop the weight but i keep lifting more!! lol well i be taking new pics soon!!
I am impressed by your NO explode review... When it's one of the best PRE work out suplements in the market for many years... That can give you a hell of a kick and boost up ur definition... Best of luck though. ;)
Just gotta mainly eat right, take your proteins, supplements and plan a diet for yourself. Also working hard and plan a intense work out sesh, with drop sets, and muscle failure. day by day stuff will be showin.
hi !! thanks for the add and to answer your question yeah it was quite hard at first for my family and friends to accept my new habits but they will get used to it someday... i hope!!! lol
lol u know what? Im so lethargic n burnt out that it took me a while to get ur psychological theory there. But no, its not a ploy... just been really busy lately with early morning starts argh!
12 weeks is a good time-frame.I also set myself 12 weeks as a bench-mark for my whole training programme.
In terms on calories- yes i count em... but its not so hard cuz I eat pretty much the same things often. I'm on 1600 cals a day which seems to be working for me....
