Nothings better than getting a new personal best every week.
How I Stay Motivated:
In College I majored in Biology and after exploring a career in Pharmaceuticals i decided it wasn't for me.
I'm working as a personal trainer and furthering my education to get into Physical Therapy School.
BB Accomplishments:
I do this for me because I have to live with myself for the rest of my life.

It's been awhile since i've been on this blog. Alot of things have happened since then that has keep me extremely busy. Let me start by saying that i'm in my second year in a Doctrate Physcial Therapy Program. So if you read my previous post everything seems to be working out.
Thank you so much for the comment! It's comments like that which make this journey even more worth it. Glad to know you find my page useful. As I said before, keep working hard and good luck with your goals =)
Cool thanks, hey I'm 6'1 146lbs, any suggestions on the amount of cals, carbs, protein, fat I should be taking in? Right now I'm at about 2,800 cals a day, around 300-320 carbs, around 250 grams of proteni and like 50-65 grams of fat. I'm not trying to bother you, but since you had success on it I'm just looking for advice from someone who has had good success with it. What would you consider too many carbs for me?
Thanks

I just started the mass stack on monday. I see you had great results with it, hopefully I do as well. Thanks and good luck with your training
