I can't have really set goals because as i train things change.
Right now i'm trying to get as strong as possible and endurance train because i want to do a triathlon.
I have recently become a vegetarian(2 months now) and have dropped alot of weight particularly body fat. My strength has increased though and I have been hitting new personal records. I also have been running, swimming, and biking alot.
So i been using a scale to calculate my body fat and it always reads 24-26% bodyfat. And i never think thats right. So today at work i used to hand held one which my boss told me is alot more accurate than any scale. And it read 17.3 % which i was absolutely thrilled about. So i couldn't be...

Cool thanks, hey I'm 6'1 146lbs, any suggestions on the amount of cals, carbs, protein, fat I should be taking in? Right now I'm at about 2,800 cals a day, around 300-320 carbs, around 250 grams of proteni and like 50-65 grams of fat. I'm not trying to bother you, but since you had success on it I'm just looking for advice from someone who has had good success with it. What would you consider too many carbs for me?

Hey, thanks for the reply on my nitrix question, I'm doing the bsn mass stack, n.o.-xplode, cellmass, and nitrix, I also have syntha-6, ON 100%whey gold standard(natural one) and ultra peptide and animal pak. I just started the mass stack on monday. I see you had great results with it, hopefully I do as well. Thanks and good luck with your training
