Well I looked at my self. LOL I thought I have a kid on the way. I dont want to look like a teenager in high school eatin fat snacks. I want to look more mature.
Why I Love It:
Its a good feeling knowing that your bettering yourself..Plus my wife loves it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know the end results im Going to love. Plus if i make it in the music business I want to look good.
BB Accomplishments:
Decreased Body Fat, More Muscle Definiton, Bigger Arms/Chest/Back, Increased Endurance and Strength, More Atheletic look than before..

High school pic. I was 210.. i want that weight back.. but wit more muscle definition
Well I split it up Entire Upper Body and Just Obliques One day, Then Lower body and Entire Abs the Next.. 6 days a week for 2- 3 hrs a day depending on the workout. I've only been doing it like this for about 2 weeks, as of Aug 6,2007.
On upper body days, I start out usually doing Incline...
