Cheezziitt I have awesome coaches and I know my body well so I know how it reacts to changes and plans. I eat tons of protein without any milk. Fish, chicken and steak. I have steak before bed each night! In order to drop the remaining 4% I will need to add cardio so I am not all in the clear. :P Feb 23, 2013 11:49am

Cheezziitt first of all, you're a dork. Those lines will never work on me. Secondly your diet to leaning out is EVERYTHING. But you must know what works for your body. I get plenty of protien, lots of fish, chicken and beef on a daily basis'. :) Feb 22, 2013 12:16pm

Cheezziitt lol no milk for me.. actually no dairy at all really. Thats on and off season. I don't do cardio, my cutting is a strict diet which is carb cycling and intense workouts that are explosive and power driven. When I do cardio my body tends to loose too much muscle. Being I am 4 weeks out I just added it in as the final lean out. just 15-20 mins/day moderate. :) I want to keep my mass!! Feb 22, 2013 7:26am

Cheezziitt Thanks Eddie! :) I know how frustrating plateaus are...I have several of those the last couple year. You'll fight through it, have you determined the culprit? My training is slow but good, I have worked hard to gain muscle this last year, now I am cutting for my next show in 5 weeks really focused on leaning out with minimal muscle lose.
