How I Started:
Back in high school 6/2/2005 I weighted 353 lbs. I was about 67% body fat and had about no muscle. I was a 54 inch waist and a 50 inch chest. Now 11/27/2007 I'am a 30 inch waist and a 40 inch chest with a nice 11% body fat and 179 lbs 89% muscle.
my goal is to cut my fat to 4 or 5 % and gain about 15 or 20 lbs of muscle on tri,bie, and delts
Why I Love It:
I feel great after lifting up weights and seeing all my vains poping out and sweat dripping after running, and it make me feel good
How I Stay Motivated:
I Think about all the time i hated beening fat and that just the motiv i need

What forearm workout has worked best for you?
you grap the bar and put weights on it and you use your hands to work it in a up and down mocastion but only your hands move not your arms

I dont really have any interest in gaining a lot of weight, or heavy supplementation. I might gain 10 pounds or so long term, but thats it.
