Why I Love It:
If you can stay consistant, it can really create good things in your life such as more energy, a better work ethic, and overall healthy living. I also have much respect for everyone out there trying....no matter how big or small a goal. Because it takes alot to get up everyday and to strive to achieve those goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
I was in a bad wreck in 2006 and spent most of the year rehabbing. I ballooned up from about 227 to 280 in a span of about 9 or 10 months. Sadly enough over time I fell apart even more. I moved to the DFW in mid 2008 and weighed in at an all time high of 315. I now weigh an even 250 and will not stop until I'm down to about 225 and have my 6 pack back. I now do muay thai kickboxing on top of my workouts at an MMA gym in Dallas. I love the results, how it makes you feel, and other peoples reactions. All praise goes to Jesus Christ!

I was in a bad car wreck in 2006. I rehabed for 8 months and didnt touch a gym. In one year I packed on about 50 pounds. The next year I finished college and still made excuses. I would lift here and there but not get serious. In late April of 2008 I finally got my act together. I weighed in at a staggering 315. I want to drop down to about 225. I don't have an exact weight goal, it's more body fat % and how I look and feel. It has been a steady process and I have seen some results so far. I still have more to go. Every couple of weeks I really try to step up my workouts, cardio, and dieting. My eating isn't perfect. I cheat now and then, but I am steadily trying to tighten it week by week. I am out to make things happen.
I am back in it to win it. I made this profile at the start of the year & was semi successful & let some of it get back to me. I am even more determined now & I have a college degree, I now have a better job & not the burden of school anymore (until grad school...
