I wanted to look better, and to feel better about myself.
Why I Love It:
I go to the gym at 5am, and that is my time...and I am not required to think about anything, or anyone else but me. It not only helps me stay in shape, but keeps me mentally focused, and balanced.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at the pictures of what I used to look like...and it drives me to push harder.

The picture that started it... The current
When I saw this picture I was horrified!! I looked awful, and felt awful...it was time to make some changes. I weighed 165 lbs, my chest was 40", and my waist was 34.
Realized here that tall and lean is a good thing. Now to work more on everything to make it the best it can be.

My goal is much the same. I'd like to be a chiseled 200-205 at our height. I was up to 196, had a few setbacks and dropped all the way to 175 before getting back to 180 recently. Soon enough...
