How I Started:
Sitting behind a desk everyday i soon realized that i was getting out of shape and when many things were going wrong in my life i turned to the gym for a stress release. It was then that i starting liking the lifestyle and havnt turned back.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me balanced and feeling good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to stay motivated by goals but i also find frustration as a good fuel.
BB Accomplishments:
Yet to reach a goal that anyone else beside myself would find appropriate to note. I just keep reaching the goals i set for myself, nothing earth shattering.

Bench: 230 to 280
Curls: 115 to 135
Squats: 375 to 420
Deads: 325 to 400
Shoulder: 185 to 220
( I want to reach all of these goals by Christmas time. All of my lifts to designated weight and my bodyweight to 210)

I want to GAIN 20 lb
