Hey man i read your goal, it is hard to gain true quality muscle while staying lean. It is possible but its not worth that type of injuries. Stay lean be shredded

Try you best to get to welter you will fit there better. Anyway once you loose all the water you are holding you should get down to 160 or so easily welter

THanks man but can you believe i started this january 1st 2007 on a little over two years. But i am going to do NPC national in November and i will get top 3 in my class no one will touch the even better condition ill be in and a plus i will be 5 to 10 pounds heavier and still be a middle weigh with the best condition ever. But i will look into the other organizations

1) squat
2) leg press
3) front squats
4) Stiff Leg deadlifts
5) Hack squats
6) lunges
7) STRETCH FOR A GOOD WHILE OR YOU TIGHTEN UP
