How I Started:
I was always small guy in high school. Mainly because i ran track and field most of my life, and play receiver for football. I started lifting my freshman year of college wanting to compete.
Why I Love It:
Working out is a things that help me release angry, and frustration. Also it something positive to do. Love your body and it will love you.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing results. Seeing all the effort, and energy that goes into creating what will be a master. So friends and family showing support and pushing me to a new level.

Winning the middleweight at the Northern Kentucky Bodybuilding 2009 2009 Northern Kentucky Middleweight Champion!!!
