Would you believe this is after I already was "lifting" for 1.5 years? And a full 25 lbs heavier than when I started in college? I was really, REALLY skinny when I started. And I wasn't lifting smart or eating right either... time wasted. I wish I had photos from when I started, I probably looked like a skeleton.

Start of 2010! @ 162 lbs, bodyfat probably 12-13% or slightly more.

Week 3: Not a lot of visible progress unfortunately, but I AM getting stronger so... that's a good sign. :D

Start of the new year! Around 162 lbs but at least 4 lbs of that is Godiva chocolates. :)
