Heck yeah! Plus I'm taking the week off from lifting anyway (after 8 weeks) so it works out well. Just hope my wrists heal by this weekend. :)

Thanks, it always feels like injuries come at the worst possible time! Hopefully it's just a minor sprain/tear and I'll be back in the gym before too long.

Thanks! I keep on forgetting to update progress pics. :( Off of P90x because I found it tough to find time everyday for workouts, so back to lifting as heavy as possible when I can fit it in!
