Whats up! man! its been one thing after another.got some feline problems.im moving out.ya.its over.not much time for motivatinm the past month.its 4 the best tho.but i hate to fail! u lookin swoll!

whats up! ti guess u can call it a transitioning period.my gf and i just moved in together.switched gyms.relizing its alot tougher than i thought not to eat everythng my gf cooks.tho its healthy! what bout u?

What up man! just wanted to let u know i tried those workouts u posted.i motified it a bit and obviously lighter weight.kept the reps high.my lord.my gf had to driue us home.i was spent!

Whats up bro! just checking out my friends and seeing how trainings goin...past few weeks i developed a new routine bc going to gym was becoming 'boring'.had to change the routine.have to say it changed everythng! hope trainin is goin well.lata man!

sorry it took so long.ya! i had a massage therapist tell me the same thing.dont get me wrong, i love it.but i wanted to know how important it is.hows training? hope u had a great weekend

Im just a reg joe on here but whats ur opinion on reg massages? or how often.i stretch and even swim to lossen my body after work outs.i have noticed when im bored i sit and massage my arms or delts and i notice a diff later.just curious.thank u! -pete

I want to gain muscle but the damn belly fat maker me focus on cardio more.i hate it.i eat 95% clean but that damn 'puppy chow' is a killer.haha.i thnk i need to up my grams of pro.u thnk 2x my body weight? i do exact 180g or so

Over training.so the past 3 weeks i been lifting 3x a week and 2x of 45 min cardio and abs..boxing about 2x a week...the damn fat on my tummy needs to go.thats why im cardioan it up more
