Mon,Wedn, and Fri I do 15 min warm up then one body part routine,then 30 min cardio,abs workout,then the punching bag with 3lb,2lb and 1lb weights.Finally,steam room and pool.Tues/Thursday its 45 min cardio and swimming(to losen me up) Sat/Sun rest

sounds like u got workout figured! yes sir I do use a mass builder. right now and for the forseeable future it's cellucor...unbelievable stuff..love it.
Whats up Bro? I hear you on that one. We need to make changes to keep shocking and confusing the muscles. Thats works real good. I just made some adjustments too. Im doing goo and hanging in there. The morning thing is taxing but it works best for me. So we will see. Glad it work good for you. Keep working hard at it. Its worth it.
Hey:-) I walk on the treadmill for no less than 45min, 50 minutes next week. On an angle between 10-15%. Speed is about 6km/h(just to slow to jog) This way I get a puls, but not to much so I lose musclemass.

I did the same thing when I moved in with my wife. Took about 2 years off. Then she started leaving flyers and pamplets from local gyms around the house. I took the hint! LOL
