How I Started:
I remember it vividly. I was getting ready to go into town, when i looked down at a mirror on the table, and i didnt like my fat face lol
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling of accomplishment after doing a session of cardio or weights. I also like the visible difference week after week. Its not easy though lol
How I Stay Motivated:
Im not sure. I used to have to look in the mirror and remember how bad i look for motivation, but now i'm just always motivated. I can lose motivation if i unexpectedly gain 2-3lb overnight. 99.9% of the time its just water weight and goes the following week, though.

Goal (Long):
I want to lose enough fat until im around 9-12% bodyfat, then i'll bulk for quite a long time. Hopefully putting on about 14lb of lean mass in 2008. Thats the plan anyway.
Hi, I was wondering if you ever get tingles in wrists or elbows, or ever had? I occasionally in my wrist or elbow (left arm), doing incline DB presses. Have you ever experienced similar?

look,u ahve asked and learnt so much info,yet you still have no idea and you still ahvent added any mass.
Get down to a real hardcore gym ,get a workout and induction from the Pro,get the protein the calories and work your arse off 3 times a week at least,but see the guys who know.
this website is full of inexperienced students who think they know it all.see a real bodybuilder and ask everything,get on with it!!
