How I Started:
Before my friend joined the marines he motivated me to start working out and to try to be the best at everything I do. He always put maximum effort into everything.
Why I Love It:
Working out just gives me this great feeling. It also makes me feel happy and energized. Since I've started my body and mind feel better than ever.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about how great its going to feel weeks or months from now or how nice it will be to receive compliments when I have greater definition or size. It makes you train harder so next time you'll look even better.
BB Accomplishments:
So far gained 16lbs of lean body mass in less than a year.

Holy Crap, went to boot camp 14 July 2009 Graduated 04 September 2009 lost 10 frickin pounds. Long road ahead of me, its been almost a year since ive really worked out seriously. Gotten lazy and lose my motivation sometimes, especially with eating right. I guess this is DAY ONE for me.
