I am a self motivated person, i take the critism people give me and let it all out in the gym. I also stay motivated by reading articles on bodybuilding.com, reading magizines, and watching videos

I didnt get much results from atro-phex...i was already pretty cut, so it didnt do anything..
as for no xplode, i wouldnt use it, its weak man..gaspari is better and then cellucor is better than that..

i liked Astrophex as with any "fat burner" it wont work if your diet isnt in check and you dont have consistant cardio. I saw decent results but IMO there are better options out there that are cheaper
Hey what's up bro? The N.O. Explode has always worked wonderous for me. I can't work out without it. I started the cell mass a few weeks and I haven't seen any tremendous changes with it. The N.O. is good by itself. U thought about stacking them with Syntha 6 but haven't tried it yet. All BSN products are good though.
I'm just starting right now! All the training which I do is based on the exercices that BB recommends using only my bodyweight in my room when nobody is at home because my parents don't let to go to a gym and if they see me I would feel embarrassed. My goals is having nice ABS and chest by the summer, but if like working out my be I would encourage to compete!

Thanks man. I don't do a whole lot for my shoulders, since they grow pretty easily. I usually just do some form of lateral raises, front raises, and rear delt laterals.
i havent tried n.o. but the cellmass is really good....i used to take the artic flavor i dont take it anymore since i dont have as much time to train hard...but i'd take it in the morning and since i workout at night after my workout..it really works.
dude are u serious?...i just got home from shoulders/traps too lol...ive been good soccer season just started here so im gonna get really cut now with all the cardio ill b doing...what gym u lift at?
