Background

When I Started: Apr 2009
HOW I STARTED:

summer 2000 i was obese maybe 250 on a 5'5 frame wanted to get in shape for high school got down to 205 right before first day then a friend me took me under his wing got me in perfect shape

WHY I LOVE IT:

it makes me feel better mentally and physcally
